Document generator (with MS Word™)

New, in That's Rights! version 3. Merge your data seamlessly with Microsoft™ Word™ to generate contracts, mailings, follow-up letters, campaigns and more - all using your own Word™ templates.

This feature allows you to select data from That's Rights! and point to a Word template that you have created. That's Rights! generates a Word document - similar to using Word's merge facility - using the template you have selected.

Special "tags" in the template tell That's Rights! where to put the data. Once the final document is generated, you can do what you like with it - change it, save it, print it, etc.

There is no limit to the number of templates you can use. Templates are very simple to create - no special knowledge is required, and That's Rights! includes plenty of examples to help you get started.

You can use templates with Companies, Contacts, Mailing lists, Submissions, Licenses, Titles, Editions, Co-editions, Purchases and more. Sort & select the items you want to merge, click "Merge with Microsoft Word", select a template and go.
