Maintain the list of all your rights contacts (companies and people). That's Rights' powerful profiling features let you categorize companies by business activities, product types and subject areas, allowing for quick lookups for targeted marketing research. You can also lookup companies by names, people, imprints, or country.

You can manage each contact's rights activities from this view as well. Submissions, licenses, co-edition purchase orders are all accessible by tabs in the contact's window. View the contact's history, follow-up on current activities or start new submissions or licenses.

Click to link to a contact's website, to send an e-mail, to print an address label, or to print the client's summary sheet (including submissions and licenses) before a meeting or fair appointment.
