Author royalties

Author royalty statements can be produced periodically, in batches ranging from "everything" (all titles with royalty statements due) to a simple statement for just one author's contract, and anything in between.

Each royalty statement can then be viewed on-screen (or a report can be produced summarizing all statements). Adjustments can be made to any line-item in the royalty statement if necessary.

Once the statement has been verified, it can be marked as "OK to issue" (statements can be verified individually, in batches, or all at once, if no detailed examination is required).

Royalty statement printing options allow you to control what level of detail is displayed on the author's statement.
